It’s often said that the first five days after the weekend are ALWAYS the hardest.

So now that you’ve had a great weekend vacation in Port Aransas, lounging on the beach and enjoying the waves, you’re home again and longing to feel those good beach vibes again.

No matter how far you roam from Port Aransas, now you can keep a piece of the Gulf coast close to your heart every month with a new subscription box service, called CC BlissBox.

Now you can show your support of local nonprofit groups in the Coastal Bend area with a monthly dose of locally-crafted items in the CC BlissBox, like unique jewelry, beach-punny cards, bath salts, snacks and even some CC Blissbox-exclusive items.

What’s in the box?

The July 2018 BlissBox is designed by Gilbert Cantu, owner and creative director of Can2 Creative Co., with a cool sea feel. The watercolor fish on the top of the box paired with the intricate design on the sides makes for a stunningly beautiful box (you won’t want to put this one out with the recycling).

For each July box sold, $1.00 is donated directly to the Surfrider Foundation – Coastal Bend Chapter, whose mission is to keep our beaches clean and accessible to everyone.

In the June 2018 BlissBox, the box art was by @thesaltyscreen and donations went to CC Hope House. The June 2018 box included a matted print by @lillianjeanphotography, a punny card by @acouplepuns, a baja cactus blossom soy wax candle by Leafcutter Candle Co, a vegan sugar cookie by @persnickety_vegan, a Summer Bliss shower steamer by @archer_soapworks, a certificate for a complimentary pedi paw spa treatment at @ladyluckpetgrooming, and a Loyal Local can cooler, custom powder-coated by @grounded_pc_361.

So no more wishing you still had a taste of the coast long after your Port Aransas trip. Now you can have the good beach vibes delivered right to you.

The #beachvibes in this box are strong, my friend.

Want to know what all the hype is about?

Each month’s CC BlissBox has a specific theme and is beautifully designed by a talented local Corpus Christi-area artist. They’re pretty enough to collect and display.

July 2018: Theme is BREATHE // Box art by Gilbert Cantu // Donations going to Surfrider Foundation – Coastal Bend Chapter, whose mission is to keep our beaches clean and accessible to everyone.

August 2018: Theme is FLOW // Box art by Leah Kaestner // Donations going to PERIOD. Corpus Christi

September 2018: Theme is ROOTED // Box art by Mayra Zamora // Donations going to GROW Local South Texas

For every box sold, $1.00 is donated to local nonprofit groups in the Coastal Bend community. And they sell out fast.
